Much awaited Bajaj KTM 200 Duke finally launched  today . According to sources KTM 200 Duke is priced at range of  Rs. 1.17 lakh ex-showroom Delhi  and company also stated that this would be introductory price and expect  to be raised in the coming months.  Bookings for the bike will start from 1st February. Very few bikes will go out as display pieces initially. Production at the plant will start in the next two weeks. KTMs will sell alongside Kawasakis in the same showrooms. Well Bajaj KTM Duke 200 is naked sporty styled  with black and orange paint job  that draws your attention. But the Duke 200 is not about looks alone,  it is a genuinely great bike to ride. This little baby is powered by a 200cc, single-cylinder, four-stroke, four-valve, liquid-cooled and fuel-injected engine. Duke 200 as Peak power of 25bhp and given the bike’s low kerb weight of 137kg, performance is exciting to say the least. The Duke is quick off the blocks and the build-up of speed is very impressive. While we are yet to strap on our testing gear, KTM claims a 0-60kph time of 3.33 seconds. KTM has got the Duke’s riding position spot-on as well. Handling too is nothing short of thrilling and the Duke’s wide handlebar allows you to flick the bike from corner to corner with minimal effort. Also worth a mention is that the Duke feels very composed under hard braking, undoubtedly helping matters here is the pair of excellent and grippy MRF tyres.
