Toyota Motor India introduced a new version of the Yaris in limited edition. It’s called the Toyota Yaris Black Edition and it comes with slight cosmetic changes.
The Toyota Yaris Black Edition gets an all-black exterior. It has chrome trim around the headlamp and tail lamp edges. On the inside, the car gets ambient light at the door pads.
The Toyota Yaris is powered by a 1.5-liter, 4-cylinder petrol engine which pushes out 106 BHP @ 6,000 rpm and torque 140 Nm @ 4,200 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox.
Some of the Yaris’ notable safety features include 7 airbags, Vehicle Stability Control, Tyre Pressure Monitoring System, Hill Start Assist and ABS, EBD, and Brake Assist disk brakes on all-four-wheels.
Toyota had launched the Yaris facelift to South East Asian markets earlier this year. Among other upgrades, the car gets revised front fascia with reworked headlamp clusters and an upgraded head-unit infotainment touchscreen.
