We have just the piece of news to cheer Honda fans up – the new CBR250R (facelift) is expected to launch at RevFest on 4th August, alongside the confirmed model which will be the CBR650F.
Almost every bike manufacturer has one or more bikes in the quarter-litre segment. For Honda, the CBR250R guards this segment, but the bike is serving for a long-time now and looks out-dated compared to its rivals. Although the international markets have received a new CBR250R this-year, the Indian market is yet to get it!
Adding twist to the launch of new CBR250R in India is a recent spyshot emerged online which is clearly of the CBR250R, but sadly the existing model. This covered CBR250R, however, is not the all new model which global markets have received. It is evident through the similar mudguard and exhaust. Other parts like chain guard, swingarm and footpegs, further, look identical to the current model.
Considering the body is covered, we speculate it might be a mild refresh of the current model with a re-designed body panels, new colour options and new body graphics. We doubt the introduction of the dual head-lamp on this model. Let’s wait for a week and check out new Honda product(s) intended to be launched.
