Bajaj Auto has announced the official start of production for its most powerful 400 cc motorcycle, probably to be called Bajaj Dominar 400 at Chakan Plant near Pune, Maharashtra.
Furthermore, the company has confirmed the launch of much-awaited bigger Pulsar in mid-December 2016. However, the name of a motorcycle isn’t been confirmed yet, while speculations on the web have already pointed towards probable names like VS 400, Kratos and Dominar.
The Dominar 400 is a production model based on the CS400 Concept that was displayed at the 2014 Auto Expo. Powered by a modified version of the Duke 390‘s 373.2 cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine. The bike is likely to produces 35 PS at 8000 RPM and touch a top-speed of 160 KMPH.
