The Ignis will be sold in India via the Nexa range of premium dealerships. As for what lies under the bonnet, a familiar 1.2-litre K-series petrol and 1.3-litre DDiS diesel that does duty in most Maruti cars in India paired to a 5-speed manual gearbox as standard. An automatic variant will also be on offer. A total of 4 variants will be on offer: Sigma, Delta, Zeta and Alpha.
