The Aprilia Shiver 750 Street-Fighter was recently previewed at the 2015 India Bike Week (IBW) which was held at Vagator, Goa, ahead of its India launch sometime in 2015. The Aprilia Shiver 750 will compete against the Kawasaki Z800, Triumph Street Triple and the upcoming Benelli TNT 600 in India.
Under seat exhaust gives the Aprilia Shiver 750 a stunning appearance.
The Shiver 750 is powered by a 749.9cc, 4-stroke, liquid-cooled, V-Twin engine. This 90 degrees unit produces 95bhp and 81Nm of torque, paired to a 6-speed gearbox. The bike rides on a ride by wire electronic throttle with three riding modes – rain, touring and sport. ABS has been provided as a standard on the bike and anchorage is provided by disc brakes at front and rear.
Aprilia Shiver 750 will be imported to India as a completely built unit (CBU) and is expected to retail at a sticker price of around Rs 8 lakh (ex-showroom).
