Rumours have been rife in the auto industry about the return of one particular car made legendary run both in domestic and export markets uptill 2014. We’re talking about the Hyundai Santro. In a scoop by TIMES OF INDIA reports that, as per its vendor sources, Hyundai is working on an all-new Santro which is expected to launch around two years from now.
According to the report, even now Hyundai dealers receive enquiry for the Santro and buyers wonder why the car was phased-out, this led the South-Korean car manufacturer to consider bringing the car back. Although nothing much is known about the next-gen Santro we’re sure that it will be a tall boy with crossover-like styling elements to take on the Renault Kwid and Datsun redi-Go.
(NOTE: The image of Kia Picanto is just used as an illustration which is on-sale in international market, however, the Next-Gen Hyundai Santro may defer from the model shown here.)
