Suzuki Motor India has revealed the Intruder 150 Fi (Fuel-Injected) at the ongoing biennial event. Other than the updated engine, there are no visual changes.
Yes, the engine (single-cylinder, 155cc, air-cooled) is the same that goes into the Gixxer SF Fi. It develops 14.8PS of power at 8,000rpm and 14Nm of torque at 6,000rpm, mated to a 5-speed gearbox. With the fuel-injection system, we can expect the cruiser to be slightly more fuel efficient when compared to the Carb model.
In terms of design, the motorcycle remains unchanged. The recently introduced Suzuki Intruder 150 is the first low-capacity cruiser motorcycle from the Japanese manufacturer and bike mainly rivals the likes of Bajaj Avenger series. The bike gets disc brakes for both front and rear wheel with single-channel ABS.
