Revolt Intellicorp has officially launched India’s first full electric motorcycle in 3 variants – Revolt RV300, RV400 and RV400 premium. All are offered on monthly EMIs. Revolt RV300 will cost Rs 2999 pm for 37 months; RV400 is available at a price of Rs 3499 pm for 37 months, and the top of the line Revolt RV400 premium costs Rs 3999 pm for 37 months.
Revolt is offering a no rental, no lease plan that allows customers full ownership from day 1 and requires no down payment. Bookings have already commenced for the electric motorcycle in Delhi and Pune. The bike will be available in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Chennai in the next few months.
The RV models come with an embedded 4G SIM for cloud connectivity and Revolt mobile app with real-time diagnostics, navigation, bike locator, geo-fencing, online payment gateway and access to Battery Switch – a battery charging network. Batteries can also be ordered via the app and will be delivered to the customer’s doorstep.
The RV300 is the entry-level variant that is powered by a 1.5 kW electric motor. It comes with a 2.7 kW battery that is claimed to offer a maximum range of 80-150 km on single charge. The claimed top speed is 65 km/h.
The RV400 uses a 3 kW electric motor that produces 175 Nm of torque. It has a claimed top speed of 85 km/h. It comes with a removable lithium-ion battery that has an ARAI-certified range of 156 km on a single charge.
Speaking about charging, it can be charged from 0-75 percent in 3 Hours, and fully charge in 4.5 hours. Battery can be charged via a normal 15A socket in a matter of 4.5 hours. It’s portable for convenient charging. Revolt Switch lets users swap their battery at a switch station, and will be payable service, once it is launched in 2020.
Product warranty is being offered for 5 years / 75,000 kms warranty and a service interval of 10,000 km. The company has partnered with GoMechanic to provide aftersales service. Revolt is also offering free tyre replacement on the premium variant of the RV400. For example a set of tyres will be changed at no charge in the first 3 years.

- Revolt RV 300 start at Rs. 2999 per month (for 37 months) – Rs. 1.10 lakh
- Revolt RV 400 starts at Rs. 3499 per month (for 37 months) – Rs. 1.29 lakh
- Revolt RV 400 top-variant is available at Rs. 3999 (for 37 months) – Rs. 1.48 lakh
