Royal Enfield Bobber by Old Empire Motorcycles
Old Empire Motorcycles now present you with their Royal Enfield Bobber, a motorbike that is loosely based on Royal Enfield Electra that was launched in the year 2009. However, apart from the original wiring loom, engine and transmission, there is nothing much in the bobber that reflects the original motorcycle. This bobber has been created by a very dedicated and talented team as a customer order from a client. The client expressed that he wanted a uniquely English bobber with modern suspension, contemporary looks, wide tires and a reliable powertrain. And it seems that the final product is indeed a very well made and aesthetically designed motorcycle.
The Royal Enfield Bobber’s fenders at the front as well as the rear were to be built by hand in order to make them match with the new thicker rubber. The front now features a set of modern inverted forks that will offer better road handling and the width to make it around Abon SM MK2 tire. The rear suspension was removed and was replaced with a set of chromed Hagon shock absorbers. A custom swing arm has been added to the rear. We are glad to hear the Old Empire Motorcycle’s client is very happy and satisfied with the final product. One look at the pictures and it makes us realized that there is no reason why he won’t be.
