In order to further boost their share and gain more market share, Nissan has planned to launch seven new products in the coming years. Three of the seven models will be on Datsun platform which will not just limited to hatchback and sedan but will also have a SUV in the sub 4-meter segment for which Nissan has already started a lot of localisation.
