Japanese motorcycle manufacture, Kawasaki is all set to officially launch new Ninja 150RR sportsbike next month, it’s aimed at the Asian market and is an update on an existing model that’s already sold in that part of the world.
Now all most all the motorcycle makers have a their sporty machines in this 150cc segment namely, Yamaha R15 which is heavily inspired by its elder sibling Yamaha R1, similarly Honda CBR150R, which again is a smaller version of Honda VFR 1200F. Looking at the current market, we feel Kawasaki too will not stay behind and offers the Kawasaki Ninja 150RR.
The bike features a new styling of Kawasaki’s current line-up. It will be powered by a 2-stroke, 148cc engine delivering a power of 30bhp. The 2-stroke engine helps in cost reduction and better sound, while people claim lower maintenance as well. Other details will be revealed shortly. So we can expect the launch of the new Ninja 150RR soon in India.
