Even before the official launch of the Pulsar RS200 (formerly Pulsar 200SS), the parts of this upcoming motorcycle have been available in the market in Mumbai. The parts are believed to be from test mules which would have crashed during the test runs.
Earlier today, we posted an article of the Yamaha Fazer dressed-up like the Pulsar RS200 spotted by our reader Mr. Ibrahim Shaikh at Mohammed Ali road in South Mumbai, now another anonymous reader from Mumbai has sent us the couple of pictures of the modified Pulsar 200NS with the RS200’s tail-light assembly. Furthermore, our good friends at MotorBeam too have found the front-fairing and the tail-light assembly of the upcoming Pulsar RS200 for sale at a shop in Kurla, Mumbai.
This is not a plus point for the yet to be launched motorcycle? Because the company has not bother cleaning up the wreckage as soon as possible, as usually the manufacturers try and hide the wreckage of a test mule to avoid false rumor/hoax or negative publicity.
The Pulsar RS200 is scheduled to launch on 26th March, 2015 in India. It will serve as the fully-faired version of the Pulsar 200NS. The company’s Turkish website confirms the RS200 will borrow its triple-spark 199.5 cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine from the Pulsar 200NS. However, Bajaj is yet to reveal the performance figures of the RS200, though the company says the RS200 is the ‘Fastest Pulsar Yet’.
