The facelifted CLA range gets LED headlamps as standard with sleeker LED DRL strips, re-designed front and rear bumpers, new alloy wheels and a set of tweaked LED rear combination lights. It has a new colour added to the existing palette: Cavansite Blue Metallic (Lunar Blue in the United States).
Inside, the new CLA comes with enhanced material quality, new color themes, updated instrument console, revised seats, and a COMAND infotainment system with Apply CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. Customers can also opt for tablet-like standalone display to a bigger 8-inch unit.
Under the hood, powertrain stats are carried over from before with 200d diesel variants come powered by a 2.2-liter engine churning-out 136 hp and 300 Nm, while the 200 Sport petrol is powered by a 2.0-liter engine generating 184 hp and 300 Nm. Both these engines are mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox.
