Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India (HMSI) have launched updated versions of the Aviator and the CBF Stunner. The new colour and graphic versions of the two products would be available from end of September, 2011. Here are the details on the changes incorporated in the two bikes.
The new Aviator will be available in two new shades-Berry Purple and Sunbeam White. There is no hike in the price and it will continue to be priced at Rs 45,300 and Rs 50,400 respectively (ex-showroom, Delhi). It comes with 12-inch light-weight alloy wheels, large multi-reflector halogen headlamps, sweeping-style side indicators, body colored grab rail and a multi-reflector tail lamp.
The CBF Stunner branding has been moved from the side panels to the fairing. There is also a slight change in the sticker/color pattern on the new CBF Stunner, but then you really have to look very closely to notice the change. The more significant move has been the addition of a new “Candy Paln Green” color which looks striking.
It will come in a self-disc-alloy version and it’s priced at Rs 54,509 (ex-showroom, Delhi). It comes with integrated front body cowl, muscular fuel tank, sharp rear design, sporty under-cowl, hydraulic 240mm front disc brakes and tubeless tyres for the front and rear. The engine specs remain untouched and so is the pricing.
“With changing lifestyles, Honda will aggressively expand and meet diversified needs of Indian customers. We are sure that customers will appreciate the refreshing look of new Aviator and CBF Stunner. In future too, we will create a distinctive Honda brand image through high quality products and services to maximize customer satisfaction” Mr. N.K Rattan, Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd said.
