Benelli TNT 25 ‘entry-level single-cylinder model’ launched in India – from Rs. 1.68 lakh

DSK-Benelli has officially launched the much-awaited single-cylinder model in Benelli’s Indian line-up, the TNT 25 has been positioned below the TNT 300 as a rival to the Mahindra Mojo and the KTM Duke 200.

In India, the TNT 25 is on-sale in two variants – the Standard priced at Rs. 1.68 lakh and the Premium priced at Rs. 1.75 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The Standard variant has MRF Tyres, while the premium variant gets Metzeler tyres. However, both variants get alloy wheels and 110/70-17 section tyres at front and 150/60-17 section tyres at rear.

The TNT 25 is an entry-level model from the Benelli’s Indian line-up. The bike features a naked street-fighter styling and draws inspiration from the bigger siblings from the Benelli line-up. Other features on-board include split seating, an LED tail lamp and an underbelly exhaust. A total of 2 colours are on offer – red and White.

Under the skin, the TNT 25 is powered by 249cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, 4-stroke engine producing develops 28.16 BHP @ 9,800 rpm and 21.61 Nm of torque @ 8,000 rpm. Power is transmitted to the rear wheel though a 6-speed gearbox. Stopping power is provided by single 280 mm disc brake at front and single 240 mm disc brake at rear.
