For those who are awaiting the arrival of the Bajaj Pulsar CS400, we now have a better approximation of the bigger Pulsar’s arrival in India.
This news was confirmed by Rajiv Bajaj, CEO, Bajaj Auto at the company’s annual general meeting (AGM). The company has taken over 2 years to switch from a concept form to make it a reality. As per the reports, the design of the production-spec model will largely remain identical to the concept apart from some minor tweaks i.e the USD front forks will be replaced by the conventional telescopic front suspension.
Once launched, the Pulsar CS400 will become the most expensive motorcycle ever sold by Bajaj Auto in India expected to cost around Rs. 1.5 – 1.8 lakh. It will be on-sale in two variants – ABS and Non-ABS. However, it will not be a blast in terms of performance, instead will be tuned as a sports tourer which will deliver power in a linear fashion.
This launch is aimed at Royal Enfield customers who are opting for the likes of Classic 350. And also Mahindra Mojo at some extent.
