Bajaj Auto is riding high on the success of their recently launched motorcycles, the Pulsar 150 AS, 200 AS and RS 200. All three motorcycles are selling really well, which has shown that there is demand in the market for motorcycles like these. This spike in demand for premium motorcycles has prompted Bajaj to launch more variants in the series.

Bajaj will soon be launching a 180cc variant of the adventure sport motorcycle series. The 180 AS will be based on the 150 AS, but the air-cooled engine will be bored out to the capacity of 178cc instead of the 150cc on the 150 AS. Power and Torque figures and other details remain unknown as of now, but we expect to hear more on this from Bajaj very soon.

This way, Bajaj will have at the least, one motorcycle to suit the needs and also the budgets of every single person in the market looking for a low capacity, premium motorcycle.

It is not just this, but Bajaj seems to be on a roll as, there were reports coming out recently that Bajaj will launch two new segments/brands before 2017. One of these brands will be an all new commuter motorcycle series and the other will be the Cruiser Sport 400cc motorcycle displayed at the 2014 Auto Expo. Even the Bajaj Avenger update is due sometime in the upcoming months.

Looking at things this way, I do not see any reason as to why Bajaj auto should not clinch the title of  the best motorcycle manufacturer in the upcoming years, if they continue making motorcycles like this.
