2013 Honda Civic fixes everything perfectly!

2013 Honda Civic Si Sedan

When Honda launched the ninth generation Civic in 2011, we were expecting it to maintain the standards set by the previous model if not make it much better. But, the car had so many minus points that it ended-up being the most criticized car in Honda’s collections. Some of the major problems comprised of its awful handling, bad choppy ride, dicey steering wheel, too much NVH and drab and cheap material used for its interiors. With so much harsh criticism for the car in mind, Honda came up with the all new Honda Civic in just a year after the new model was launched, something that is very rare in the automotive industry. This face-lifted Civic made its debut a few hours back at the 2012 New York Auto Show.

The Headlights and taillights get some elaborate detailing along with a bigger mesh grill and bumper. Just like the previous generation Civic, taillights now extend into the boot. The interiors have been modified too giving it a pleasant look and Honda has added luxury and safety content to make the Civic feature-rich. These modifications have been done without touching the main sheet metal portions of the car.

Now the bad news for us is that India isn’t on the list of markets where Honda is planning to launch this Civic. It looks like there just isn’t a market for premium petrol cars in India.
