TVS Motors has launched a new special edition model of the Star City+ called the Gold Edition Star City+, to commemorate the first year anniversary of the motorcycle.
This new TVS Star City+ Special Gold Edition features a gold coloured three dimensional brand logo above its headlight. You can also find ‘Bike of the Year’ endorsement accompanying a gold coloured TVS logo on the visor.
Besides these notifications, this Special Gold Edition will be available in a white body colour with vibrant golden graphics and unique gold coloured alloy wheels. Further gets contrasting beige coloured side cover frame and a dual textured seat with red stitching, which is offset by black-coloured shock absorbers (seen in this pictures given by TVS).
Something that really makes this edition special is the USB mobile charging port placed under the seat and grippy tubeless tyres. Now that’s something really cool! This Special Gold Edition Star City+ is launched at a price of Rs. 48,934 (ex-showroom, Delhi), which is Rs 1,865 (ex-showroom Delhi) more than the standard Star City+ (self-start variant).
Apart from the cosmetic updates, this TVS Star City+ Special Gold Edition retains the same 109.7cc, four-stroke, air-cooled engine producing 8.4 PS of maximum power at 7,000 rpm and 8.7 Nm of peak torque at 5,000 rpm. The engine is matched to a 4-speed manual gearbox delivering the best-in-class mileage of 86 kmpl.
