This latest set of spyshots by Idk2, a TeamBHP member spy photographers reveal some new things about the upcoming 2016 TVS Apache that we haven’t seen before. Looking at the spy picture, we can confirm its a TVS test-mule because the 5-spoke alloy wheels, front mud guard design and petal discs are similar to the ones seen on the Draken Concept.
The rear end is heavily camouflaged so we can’t see what the differences are there. But the rear design and exhaust pipe resembles that of TVS Velocity 160 showcased at 2010 Jakarta Motorcycle Show. The Velocity Concept was a modified version of the Apache 160 featuring a few after-market add-ons which made it look sharp and aggressive.
These spy shots also makes us believe that it could be the updated RTR180 or an all-new 200, but not a BMW-TVS K03 motorcycle. The new 200cc engine will be liquid-cooled to enhance the performance, and is likely to churn-out around 30 BHP and 20 Nm. TVS Motors as officially revealed that the next-generation Apache will be launched in the coming months in India, and will roll out to other ASEAN markets by end-2015.
