We have been constantly reporting about the upcoming TVS Apache RTR 200, ever since the first news broke-out in March-2011. After a lot of spy pictures and a bunch of reports, MotorBeam has finally received leaked patent image of the Apache RTR 200. It will compete head-to-head with the Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS.
It’s no question that the motorcycle you see here is the final version of the Apache RTR 200 that’s going to be launched on January 20, 2015. A good look at the picture reveals considerable differences between the Draken X21 concept and the production-model. Most concept-bike wizzy-dizzies are gone and so seems to be regular motorcycle.
These images shows the sharper headlamp, sleek indicators, fuel tank with extensions (functional air vents which are designed to send the flow of air onto the engine to keep it cool), clip-on handlebars, engine belly, all new 10-spoke alloy wheels, grab rail for the pillion and air vents integrated into the tailpiece. A unique chiseled small windshield perfectly covers the instrument pod and houses the number plate.
So guys, do you think this new motorcycle can go head-to-head against the Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS or the KTM 200 Duke?
