Honda India is ready to the launch its new sedan version, the Honda Brio. This new sedan christened ‘Amaze’ is expected to hit the Indian market in the second week of April with its pics finally available all over the web.  This is the Honda’s first diesel car in India and is speculated to be the most fuel efficient car in India giving a mileage of 26 kmpl. This sedan would bring a tight competition to other cars such as Chevrolet Beat, Indigo eCS which are the fuel efficient car till date with a mileage of 25.4 kmpl in its diesel version.

The Amaze diesel will be powered with an enormous 1500cc i-DTEC diesel engine delivering a maximum power of 100PS or 300 Nm of torque by which its going to be the fastest car in the segment. It would be priced around Rs 6-8.5 lakhs for both petrol and diesel variants slightly expensive than the highest selling Maruti Swift Dzire. The aerodynamic design of the Honda Amaze would certainly help the car during the drive and deliver easy controlling to the driver. Continuing about the specifications it would also have ABS option, EBD (Electronic brake force distribution system) and brake assist, dual SRS air bags, central locking system, 2-Din audio system which will have USB, Aux-in and iPod interface. Amazingly the Honda Amaze website preview has already witnessed steady traffic with more than 8000 enquiries and 21000 conversations all over.
