After the launch of the much awaited Ford EcoSport, Mahindra is continuously increasing its efforts in order to test Mahindra’s S101. This compact SUV was already spotted testing last week where it towed a pickup truck. Not much days after the initial spotted test mule, Mahindra’s S101 was again spotted testing by Motor Vikatan.
The new set of pics obtained from Motor Vikatan reveal partial glimpses of the dashboard. Although the entire dashboard is fully disguised, one of the pics reveals a three dial instrument console with the center one being prominent. The instrument console equipped in the test mule could not be expected to be one of the final designs of this compact SUV, as it may be fitted only for testing purpose. Already some details of the recently spotted test mule have already been read our beloved readers in our previous post last week.
Apart from this, as seen in the previous spy shots, most of the parts which form the exterior of the vehicle are still missing as the compact SUV is in its initial stage of production. Mahindra’s S101 would hit the roads late 2014 and is expected to compete the recently launched Ford EcoSport and the upcoming Hyundai mini SUV.
