The Rolls Royce Phantom is the first RR model introduced during BMW ownership, and basically it has remained unchanged since its debut, in 2003. Now the time has come for a mid-life facelift, and here are a few spy shots of a mule sporting some subtle but significant change. We know it’s a little hard to tell, but if you look closely at the front-end you’ll notice that the lights are hidden under cammo, which has some fake sticker lights. Nice try RR, but we did not fall for it this time.
Where its engine is concerned, Rolls Royce Phantom will have a 6.75 liter V12 engine which will offer higher performance and elevated efficiency. Minor updates in lighting are expected with an updated navigation system and connectivity are also hoped to be seen in the Rolls Royce Phantom 2013 model. More power and less auto emission is also promised by the new and efficient engine under its hood. All this will come at a price which is rumored to be rather superior and the vehicle will be launched by end of 2012.
