Bharathautos.com posted first ever pictures of new 2012 Apache RTR 2 days back, But today we bring you much clearer images of new Apache. In our last post we said that the new Apache will be launched as 180cc, but according to new reports on Facebook fanpage the 160cc will too get the same new design.
When we posted first teaser image of new Apache RTR few days back, the image with 2 glowing lamps with dark background made us realize the Apache will get Twin head lamps identical to new Pulsar 200NS. But it was soon realized lamps shown are the pilots and not the main beams after the first spied image was released later. According to sources the upcoming version of the Apache RTR is merely a cosmetic upgrade as the mechanicals remain largely the same and one should not expect a lot from it.
New Apache will get LED for pilot lamps, new better refreshed stylish graphics, new tank extensions & side panels, new crash guard & mudguard, new & re-positioned footpegs, 3D Apache logo and small Indian flag on either side of the tail (much like Ducati model). While the under skin parts (engine) remain same as we mentioned earlier.
According to us new Apache RTR is unmatched to its upcoming rival Pulsar 200NS, which as awesome sporty looks. This bike may truly disappointed the Apache lovers, who were expecting it more to be like new Pulsar. But Price of the Apache may be more affordable to buy as its is available with 160cc and 180cc, which gives choice according to their budget.
