What you see here are scoop shots of the left drive version on the Tata Indica Vista caught by OnCars.in. The vehicle is being tested around Pune but was running ‘Tamil Nadu’ registration plates. There is a fair chance that this vehicle is running a majority of components manufactured by Tata’s OEMs in the state of Tamil Nadu. Therefore there is a chance that vehicle has been put together and registered in the state of Tamil Nadu.
No unusual addition or feature was noted on this model. Nor did the Vista LHD show any signs of being an EV. To us it looks like an export model that is headed to the South America. Tata Motors is charting serious plans to enter many international markets that include LHD countries. A recent media report suggested Tata Motors is planning assembly lines in Indonesia, South Africa and Brazil. The company is betting on the Vista and Manza to appeal to overseas buyers.
