Skoda Superb sedan has performed exceptionally well in the Indian auto industry. It is now three years since the Skoda Superb was launched in India, that Skoda’s has finally decided to give its upmarket sedan a makeover.
Earlier today, WorldCarFans photographers managed to click spy shots of the 2012 Skoda Superb variant while it was being tested by Skoda engineers somewhere in Europe. The car is expected to be launched in European car market later this year, while its India launch is expected to be scheduled later next year.
The refreshed Superb gets a styling like the MissionL concept with the angular headlamps and re-designed bumpers and LED tail-lamps. Changes also include daytime running LED’s, newly designed front and rear look, more aerodynamic design, new lower front grille, new fog lights, and new chrome finishing’s.
Skoda Auto will not be installing a new set of engines under the hood of the new Superb sedan. 2012 Skoda Superb is expected to be available in the set of petrol and diesel engine choices which are currently available in the Indian car market.
