Iconic bike maker Royal Enfield look set to bring a more attractive version of there Thunderbird 500, christened the Thunderbird 500X. This motorcycle is scheduled for lunch in January 2018. Not long ago, spy pictures was spotted of the bike in the internet.
Comparing it with the existing Thunderbird 500, we can see many changes in Thunderbird 500X. The Thunderbird 500X includes new handlebars and seats. We can see the bike in black alloys and a Matte-Black exhaust.
The Thunderbird 500 ex has both front and rear disc brakes and LED DRL’s for both headlamps and taillamps. Royal Enfield will stuff the same 499 CC, single cylinder, air cooled engine giving 27.2 Bhp of power and 41.3 Nm of torque, seen on the existing Thunderbird 500. The bike is given an attractive shade, which could entice young buyers.
When launched, the Thunderbird 500X will be available in attractive colours like red, blue, yellow and white. Expect more details to arise regarding the model, including price. The Thunderbird 500X will Rival the Bajaj Dominar 400 and KTM Duke 390.
