Royal Enfield has added new colour options in 5 of its models for the 2016 model year, namely – Electra 350, Classic 350, Classic 500, Classic Chrome 500 and Bullet 500.
Royal Enfield Electra 350
Currently offered in a total of 3 colours – Red, Black and Silver, the new Electra 350 will get 2 new colours – ‘Meridian Blue’ and ‘Marsala Red’ (lighter than the current Red colour). Apart from the new colours, the 2016 Electra 350 will get new paint job for the fuel tank, side boxes / panels and headlamp casing, while rest of the components like the current model is chrome garnished. The seat too is expected to get a new Rexine cover.
Royal Enfield Classic 350
On-sale in a total of 5 colours – Lagoon Blue, Ash, Black, Silver and Maroon, the new Classic 350 will get 2 new colours -‘Chestnut Red’ and ‘Marshal Green’. Apart from the new colours, the 2016 Classic 350 will get new paint job for the mudguards, fuel tank and side boxes / panels, while the headlamp casing and front suspension cover tube finished in black. The Chestnut Red will tan colour seat cover.
Royal Enfield Classic 500
The Classic 500 is now offered in Classic Black, Classic Tan and Classic Silver, while the 2016 model will get one additional paint shade – ‘Squadron Blue’. Apart from the new colours, the 2016 Classic 500 will get new paint job covering the fuel tank, headlamp casing, side boxes / panels, front suspension cover tube, mudguards, the frame, swing-arm and engine mounting brackets. The body decals will be shared with the Classic Desert Storm 500.
Royal Enfield Classic Chrome 500
The Classic Chrome 500 which is now on-sale in Classic Black and Royal Maroon, will get 2 new paint shades – ‘Athena Grey’ and ‘Forest Green’ for the 2016 model year. Apart from the new colours, the 2016 Classic Chrome 500 will get new paint job for the fuel tank, headlamp casing, front suspension cover tube, side boxes / panels featuring stickers on the mudguards
Royal Enfield Bullet 500
The Bullet 500 that is now offered in Forest Green and Black is expected to get ‘Athena Grey’ for the 2016 model year. Apart from the new colours, the 2016 Bullet 500 will get new paint job for the fuel tank, headlamp casing, side boxes / panels, front suspension cover tube and mudguards. Like the Electra 350, the Bullet 500s seat too is expected to get a new Rexine cover.
