India’s no. 1 modification company, DC Design’s had announced the introduction of a new sub-brand called ‘DC2’, which will create custom kits for two-wheelers.
DC Design’s DC2 CarbonShot kit is available for Royal Enfield Classic 350/ 500.
The DC2 sub-brand unveiled a first custom kit for the Royal Enfield Classic 350 & 500 dubbed the ‘CarbonShot’, on their Facebook page. Limited to 5000 examples, the DC2 CarbonShot kit comes with the price tag of Rs 76,000. Bookings had already commenced from January 25, 2017 at an advance payment of Rs 25,000 while deliveries are expected from June-2017.
Initially, DC2 CarbonShot kit was only available in black colour, today the company has revealed two new colours – Admiral Blue and Cardinal Red. Now available in 3 exciting colours, this Royal Enfield body-kit includes several carbon fibre modifications revealing a large and teardrop shaped fuel tank and a well designed front fender.
Limited to 5000 examples, the DC2 CarbonShot kit is priced at Rs 76,000.
Other highlights include a circular battery box cover on the side panels, a saddle-shaped single seat stitched in quality leather, retro styling infused headlamps along with LED elements and cylindrical turn indications. The rear fender is built with carbon fibre as well with a built-in LED stop lamp and indicators are seen as well.
The changes are purely cosmetic, the design firm has retained suspension, frame, handlebars, wheels, tires, instrumentation, brakes and the engine.
