Renault Captur is currently on sale in France since 2013 which is highly stylish and has been successful model for the French automaker. In India, Renault plans to develop the Captur compact SUV from the scratch as a new model. The upcoming Captur compact SUV is being developed from Renault India’s R&D centre and would have been more India centric competing in the same sub 4-metre space making it possible for Renault to get the heavily localized Captur to the Indian market.
