Café racers have been growing in popularity. A lot of bike enthusiasts are now drawn to them. It reflects a difference from the standard motorbikes. Hopefully, there is a good news in store for all café racer lovers. The Indian motorcycle market may get to see a café racer available here in 2014. Royal Enfield is planning to bring its own 500cc café racer named Fury. Meanwhile, there are a lot of custom bike makers that have been designing some of the coolest café racers.
The Rajputana Custom Motorcycles is one of them. RCM has been into the profession of making customized café racers for some years now. They strive to dedicate themselves completely in each of their projects and come up with the best results. They have now created a very stunning café racer named NU Café Racer.
Team had to rebuild about 80% of the frame. It features Denim clad seat, rubber mounted engine and brass details. The Rajputana Custom Motorcycles have custom made this Royal Enfield 500cc café racer for Numero Uno Jeanswear.
The Rajputana Custom Motorcycles team had to totally rebuild the fuel tank. They swing arm was also customized. Stock Royal Enfield shocks were replaced with mono shock absorbers thereby lending this bike a visually attractive and smoother ride. At its front, KTM Front Forks were incorporated. The headlight has also been custom cast. Its rear tail light has been cast out of brass.
The first café racer designed by Rajputana Custom Motorcycles was Chingari. It was made in mid-2011 and used a Royal Enfield 500cc uce. The café racer received immense positive reviews and feedback. It took Rajputana guys three months to create the new café racer. It incurred a total cost of INR 4, 50,000. The ingenious new café racer is quite a beauty.
