Now as the launch nears, Hyundai Motor India has started sending demo cars to their wide range of dealership across the country, as you know the new Elantra is scheduled to be launched later today!
The folks at Autos Arena have shared the snaps of the sixth-gen Elantra spotted in unknown location. This means, the dealerships are likely to start offering test drive to the interested customers very soon. Bookings of the new Elantra have already been commenced, with a payment of around Rs 25,000.
Engine lineup will include a 2.0-litre 4 cyl Dual VTVT petrol engine producing 150 BHP and 190 Nm of torque @ 4,000 rpm and a 1.6-litre, 4-cylinder, CRDi diesel churning-out 126 BHP and 265 Nm of torque @ 1,900-2,700 rpm. A 6-speed manual gearbox is standard in both variants, while a 6-speed automatic is optional.
