Bajaj Auto which is one of the largest manufacturers of motorcycle in the Indian market has showcased the all-new Bajaj Pulsar 150 globally with redesigned styling, new features and mechanical updates. As already read by our dear readers in our previous posts in the month of September 2014 at BharathAutos, the all-new Pulsar 150cc had been spotted testing in the Indian roads with plenty of styling cues from Bajaj’s flagship product 200NS.
The Pulsar 150 moniker is likely to be retained instead of the rumoured 160 NS.
Ah, here we go with leaky stuff once again, the new Bajaj Pulsar 150 would not get the ‘NS’ suffix and rather is expected to be sold with the same name in the Indian market. All the earlier rumors of the upcoming Pulsar 160 NS is now in vein as these new images revealed confirm it. The new Pulsar 150 would share some features with 200 NS such as headlamp design, mono suspension, under belly exhaust, speedometer console design, fuel tank, new alloy wheels, grab rails, tail lamp cluster and split seats.
The new Pulsar 150 would be priced aggressively at around INR 70,000 (ex-showroom) competing against the likes of Yamaha FZ 2.0, Suzuki Gixxer and CB Unicorn 160 in the Indian market. It is expected to be launched by the mid of this year.
