The SUV has been designed in accordance to the specific requirements of the markets of Africa. Only 50 units of the Mobius II SUV will be manufactured. Mobius Motors have reported that they have already received pre orders for this SUV. The company may manufacture more units of the car depending on the demand.
The Mobius II SUV has been powered by a 1.6 L petrol engine that can produce a maximum power output of 86 BHP. The SUV will be versatile. It will flaunt a rugged look and will be an ideal vehicle for the rugged terrain of Kenya. The Mobius II SUV is suitable to be used as a passenger vehicle as well as for transporting goods.
Mobius II – SideViewThe car is to be assembled locally in Kenya itself. The company has recently received some unrevealed finance investment from Ronald Lauder, a US Billionaire. Mobius Motors will be using a part of this capital to assemble the first set of manufactured SUVs. The other part will be used to create a strong distribution network. Mobius Motors will set up a showroom at showroom at Sameer Business Park, Mombasa Road of Nairobi.
Mobius Motors is launching Mobius II SUV with an aim to offer some of the best suited vehicles to the transport entrepreneurs of Africa. Mobius Motors is working on creating a one-of-its-kind, revolutionary platform for mobility as well as for encouraging job prospects in Africa.
