BMW as earlier promised to launch its ‘MINI’ brand in Indian market by early 2012. According to BMW it is all set to launch its Mini in Delhi Auto Expo 2012. BMW as plans to open its outlets at Delhi and Mumbai. BMW as also plans to expand its outlets around India. Mini promised to spread 25 outlets around India by 2025.
BMW’s Mini could be sold in India by CBU route initially, which means including all import duties Mini may be priced around 25 lakhs (may vary).
