Its been close an year since Maruti introduced its premium dealership network across India under the brand Nexa. At present the S-Cross and the Baleno are sold via the Nexa dealership network. Although the cars are sold via a premium outlet with customer satisfaction and exclusive experience the same is not the case with the after sales service.
The cars bought via the Nexa dealership are serviced at the regular Maruti service center. Maruti soon plans to change this and launch exclusive Nexa service centers to ensure that the customers get the same satisfaction and experience as at the Nexa Dealership. At present, Nexa customers have 3 options to get their cars service;
- Get the car serviced at home.
- Get the car picked up for service and delivered on the same day.
- Go to the service center with the relationship manager to ensure that the customers the same premium treatment as the showroom at the workshop too.
At present Maruti has more than 120 Nexa dealership and is estimated to double the number by the yend of this year. A dedicated Nexa service center will not only help boost the sales of the exsting cars but also influence the sales of the Baleno RS and the Ignis which are expected to be launched by the end of this year.
