Mahindra 2 Wheelers is planning to launch the refreshed version of its motorcycle in the current financial year. The Stallio will get a new gear box and minor changes to the existing models.
Mahindra 2 Wheelers halted down the production of its bread-and-butter Stallio economuter motorcycle has been grounded due to serious gearbox issues. Later the company recalled all the bikes and stopped the production completely.
2011 Mahindra Stallio bike features a 1-up & 3-down gear shift pattern gear box.
If believed, the company also plans to launch its premium motorcycle Mojo 300cc bike in India in the year 2012.
