Mahindra & Mahindra is all-set to launch a limited edition variant of its flagship SUV, the XUV500, called ‘Mahindra XUV500 Sportz’. Last-week, the spy pictures of the same has been surfaced on the web snapped by a Team-Bhpian. Now folks at AutoCarIndia have scanned a copy of the brochure that he had, we now have a sneak preview of the XUV500 Sportz edition.

Essentially it’s a top-end W8 variant, thus, comes loaded with standard equipment such as a six-inch infotainment display with GPS, automatic wipers and headlamps, front, side and curtain airbags, automatic climate control and power wing mirrors to name a few.
In addition to this, the XUV500 Sportz gets cosmetic add-ons such as special decals and a whole bunch of red coloured accents – around the fog lamps, on the door handles, the alloy wheels and even the roof rails. The XUV500 Sportz also gets special badging and emblems all around the bodywork.
On the inside, there isn’t any huge change the only highlight is a new design on the leather seats. Furthermore, the XUV500 Sportz edition gets an optional rear-view camera as standard. It is expected to be priced a premium of around Rs 50,000-75,000 over the W8 variant – and will begin arriving at dealerships in coming days.
