British premium carmaker, Jaguar Land Rover has officially opened its new dealership in Kolkata. The opening of this dealership is part of Jaguar Land Rover’s continued expansion in the Indian market to meet the growing demand for Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles in India. The state of the art dealership will improve access to customers from West Bengal and provide a full range of premium Jaguar-Land Rover standards of sales, servicing and after sales.
“The Kolkata area is a key growth market for premium luxury vehicles and thus it is extremely important for our sought after Jaguar and Land Rover products to be readily available in this region. We are very pleased to be able to provide our customers with a great dealership here in Kolkata” said Mr Rohit Suri, Head, Premier Car Division, Tata Motors.
Jaguar Land Rover opened their first Indian showroom in June 2009 and now has fully operational sales and service facilities in Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad and Kolkata. The expansion plan includes dealerships in the cities of Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi, Ludhiana, Ahmedabad, Pune, Jaipur and Indore by the end of this calendar year.
