India’s Fastest Street-Spec Yamaha R15 tuned by Joel
Every rider in his teens has a little or more racing DNA and we all try to explore that on whatever rides we have (in most cases it’s the parent who decides that 🙂 for those who can choose and have a good taste would certainly go for a Yamaha R15, thanks to the race type seating position and amazing cornering capabilities. With little or more modifications the bike looks even closer to the race bikes. In some people the racing is more than riding the bike at high speeds, they would want their rides to go way beyond what it is mend to; one such person is Joel Joseph, who has tuned his R15 to touch speeds upto 165 kmph. Joel is the founder of Race Concept which started in 2011 and also a Tech Head at Moto-Rev India Racing Team.
Joel has been tuning bikes right from 2004 which was just a part time activity and later become a full-time activity when he was offered to join a newly formed racing team. This team not just won awards but also created many new lap records. Joel was also awarded as the best National Tuner in the year 2010. Presently Race Concept does custom tuning of bike for people who want to get more of their rides.
