Honda Brio gets an update in Thailand

After the recent launch of Honda Amaze, the Japanese company Honda has modified Honda’s hatchback Brio in Thailand. Honda has obtained decent sales for its Brio in the Indian market and in order to celebrate two years since its launch, Honda has added some features which it thinks it has missed out during its initial launch.

Coming to the changes, the updated Honda Brio features rear washer/wiper with defogger, roof mounted spoiler (it also has high mount stop lamp embedded in it), a touch of chrome below the Honda badge at the rear, new fog lamps which has already been included in the Indian version of Brio. Further, the interior changes would comprise of only an addition of a new touch screen audio system with navigation.

The updated Honda Brio would be powered with the same 1.2-litre i-VTEC engine which produces a maximum power of 88 BHP at a maximum torque of 109 Nm. It would be available in both manual and automatic transmissions. Honda is expected to update the Honda Brio early next year in the Indian market.
