Ford Mach E – Mustang-inspired electric SUV debuts Nov 17

The Ford Mustang-inspired hybrid SUV’s CAD renderings have leaked online. Reports indicate that the vehicle could be named ‘Ford Mustang Mach-E’.

The SUV will receive Mustang style headlights and a closed-off grill with a Mustang logo, according to the leaked renders. On the back, it gets the Mustang inspired triple LED tail lights and a sloping rear windscreen like the Mustang Fastback. The report also claims that this is how 98% of what the car’s going to look-like!

It is expected that the all-electric SUV will have a battery pack mounted on the floor and that the range will be about 483 km. Other variants with larger batteries with a range of around 547 km may be on offer too. The power output is believed to be more than 400 BHP. The suspension, aero and handling characteristics might be borrowed from other Ford Performance products like the Mustang GT500 and the Ford GT.

On November 17, 2019, the Ford Electric SUV will be unveiled, and it could compete head-on with the Tesla Model Y.
