Ducati has introduced a new limited edition run of the Diavel called the ‘Ducati Diavel Diesel’ only 666 units of this limited edition will be manufactured and supplied globally.
The Ducati Diavel Diesel will be produced on made-to-order basis.
No, not diesel-engined motorcycle, but a special collaboration with the apparel brand Diesel. It marks has the second Diesel-branded limited edition Ducati following the 2013 Diesel Monster 1100 EVO. Priced at Rs 19.92 lakh (ex-showroom, New Delhi), the deliveries in India will commence from August-2017 since the motorcycle is made to order.
The limited edition is characterised by a hand-brushed stainless steel superstructure with visible welding and rivets. It also gets tank cover, front cowl, and passenger saddle covers are examples of craftsmanship and style. The saddle, made of real leather, is unique to this Diavel, on which the pyramid motif is emblazoned: the three Ds of Ducati, Diavel and Diesel.
Limited to 666 units globally, delivery in India will begin by August-2017.
The Brembo front brake calipers, five chain links and LCD display also come in red colour. The exhaust pipes get black Zircotec ceramic coating. It gets the same 1198.4cc, Testastretta 11° DS engine producing 162 HP and 130.5 Nm combined with the Riding Modes and Ducati Safety Pack with ABS and Ducati Traction Control.
The Ducati Diavel Diesel is open for bookings at Ducati dealerships in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune and Ahmedabad.
