Ushering in ‘No Appointment Necessary’ and ‘While you Wait’ Service, the Metro Ford Quick Lane service centre in Bangalore is equipped to take care of customers’ routine vehicle maintenance and light-repair needs quickly — including oil and filter changes, brake systems, tires, suspension systems, exhaust systems, tune-ups and alignments. Equipped with state of the art infrastructure, the 10,000 sq. ft service centre can service 35 cars per day.

“We have now introduced the option of speedy, no-appointment necessary service during hours that fit the busy schedules of our customers,” said John Cooper, executive director, customer service operations, Ford Asia Pacific and Africa.

Customers who visit a Quick Lane facility will be in for a different experience. They are encouraged to interact directly with service advisors on the shop floor as well. They can also relax in an air-conditioned reception area that has Wi-fi access to provide convenience and comfort during the service.

“At Quick Lane centers, customers will have the confidence of knowing their vehicles are being serviced by Ford-trained technicians using quality parts,” he further added.

To facilitate greater customer convenience and reach, Ford India is constantly expanding its nationwide dealership network and continues to enhance its world-class after-sales offerings. With a focus of growing closer to its customers across India, Ford India has today more than 241 sales and service outlets across 127 cities and plans to grow it to over 500 by mid-decade.

While the main Ford Service centres will serve as place to go for all types of services especially major requirements, Quick Lane will cater to offering quick and efficient services, such as minor repairs.
