As already read by our dear readers in our previous posts at BharathAutos, Datsun had announced the compact Sedan for the Russian market in the month of August last year. Although Datsun has no immediate plans to launch a Sedan in India, the probable GO Sedan was spotted in Russia which obtained styling cues from Lada Kalina’s platform.

The GO Sedan resembles the GO hatchback to an extent at the front while the rear has a completely different styling philosophy. Coming to the technical specifications, the GO Sedan would be powered with a 1.2-litre petrol engine producing a maximum power of 68 HP at a maximum torque of 104 Nm.

However later if the GO Sedan is launched in India, it might compete the likes of Swift Dzire and Honda Amaze if it is priced aggressively when compared to other brands.
