Dastun India has introduced Style edition variants of the Go hatchback and the Go+ MPV in India. Both the Style editions models are based on the top-end T trim, priced at Rs. 4.06 lakh for the Go Style edition and Rs. 4.77 lakh for the Go+ Style edition (ex-showroom Delhi).
Exterior goodies found on the Style editions of the Go and Go+ over the standard car include a body graphics, roof rails, rear spoiler, chrome finished exhaust pipe (Go Style) and limited edition ‘Style’ logo. It will be available in an exclusive new shade of blue, in addition to the existing White and Ruby colours.
Step-inside, the interior features a dual-tone black-and-beige interior with piano black trim around the centre console, silver finished accents around the gear lever, center console and HVAC vents, black steering wheel and dual-tone faux leather seat covers. The equipment level of the limited edition models is based on the top-end T variant.
Under the bonnet, the Datsun GO and GO+ Style editions soldiers on with the same 1.2-litre 3 cyl petrol engine that churns out 67 BHP and 104 Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox that sends power to the front wheels. The company has announced that the Go Style and Go+ Style will be on-sale in limited numbers between August to October 2016.
