Transformers movie franchise is all set to bring its latest installment “Transformers: Age of Extinction.” The movie has been directed by Michael Bay and will hit theaters on 27th June this year. The news is that Chevrolet Camaro, popularly known as Bumblebee, will be back along with other Chevrolet cars. A Sonic and a Trax will be outfitted as Rally Car meanwhile the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray will transform to Autobot Crosshairs. Though the star cast is new, Transformers movie lovers will watch their all-time favorite transformers in the battle saving the world as the search for Optimus Prime carries on.

The celebrated automaker Chevrolet and Transformers movie franchise share a great partnership. It is, in fact, touted as one of the most successful and longest running innovative partnership between a movie franchise and a car brand in the film history, stated the executive vice president of Worldwide Marketing Partnerships for Paramount Pictures LeeAnne Stables. The company is very thankful to the movie franchise for introducing its latest products to the target, young audience and fans, stated chief marketing officer Mr. Tim Mahoney.
In the last 3 Transformers movies, Transformers, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen and Transformers: Dark of the Moon, Chevrolet Camaro has earned much fame and fans as the Autobot Bumblebee. For the latest movie, Chevrolet has particularly created two Camaros. One will be the largely modified version of the vintage 1967 Camaro SS while the other will be a futuristic concept car. Mr. Mahoney also stated that Camaro is not just the heroic Autobot in the movie but also the star in Chevrolet’s product lineup. This campaign by Chevrolet is surely going to bring exciting and fresh elements to the worldwide audience of the Transformer movie franchise. Fans across the globe are eagerly awaiting its release.
