Buddh International Circuit Receives Homologation

The Buddh International circuit has received homologation clearance from FIA. The homologation was cleared by Charlie Whiting. The first ever Indian GP is now officially scheduled for 30th October, 2011. The track was reviewed by the race director Mr. Charlie Whiting who cleared the homologation earlier yesterday. The safety of the track too was reviewed by the safety delegate to ensure safety for racers and spectators. Now that the track has got the green signal after passing the ‘very-strict’ FIA guidelines, this day marks a milestone in the Indian Motorsports History.
